This policy explains what information TAXBADI.COM (https://taxbadi.com) collects when you use the website and how it is used. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use it only to reply to you.
- Questions you type in Ask. When you use the Ask feature, your question is processed on our server and, to produce an answer, is sent together with extracts from the Act and Rules to an AI service provider (Anthropic). We keep the question and the answer so that repeat questions load faster. We also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time to limit the number of questions per visitor. Please do not type personal details such as your name, PAN, Aadhaar, phone number or bank details into the question box.
- Calculators. Please do not enter your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account or password into any tool on this site – none of them needs it. Figures you enter are used to show your result.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This site and our service providers may use cookies for basic operation, to understand how the site is used (for example through Google Analytics, if enabled) and to show advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly without them.

Server logs and contact messages are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete a message you sent, or a question you asked in Ask, by contacting us.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
