About TAXBADI.COM
TAXBADI.COM is a free website that puts the new income-tax law in one place and explains it in plain English. It is built mainly for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana government employees and teachers, who need to work out their tax, prepare their monthly income sheet and Form 130 (the salary TDS certificate), and understand what the new law says.
What you will find here
- Income-tax Act, 2025 – all 537 sections and the schedules, section by section, with amendment history and links between related sections.
- Income-tax Rules, 2026 – all 333 rules and the appendices notified by the CBDT on 20 March 2026 (G.S.R. 198(E)), in force from 1 April 2026.
- Income Tax Latest Forms – all 190 forms under the Rules, one page per form, each linked to the rule it is prescribed under.
- AP and Telangana income tax calculators – salary tax computation, monthly income sheet and Form 130 for government employees.
- Tax slabs 2026-27 – new and old regime rates, rebate and standard deduction explained.

Where the text comes from
The Act, Rules and forms are reproduced from the official texts published by the Government of India (the Income-tax Act, 2025 as amended up to 2026, and the Income-tax Rules, 2026 notified by the Central Board of Direct Taxes). We arrange them for easy reading and searching and add cross-links, "in plain terms" summaries, calculators and guides. The official Gazette and the Income Tax Department's website remain the authoritative sources.
Who runs it
The site is run by Zakir Ali, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The same author also runs apteachers.in, a resource site for Andhra Pradesh teachers. TAXBADI.COM is an independent website. It is not connected with the Income Tax Department or any government body.
